The staff was great and helpful. The location near the City park was perfect for our family with easy access to the circus and Budapest city Zoo. The beds were comfortable, the rooms tidy, and the breakfast was more or less fine. The hotel also had a large elegant lobby and a spa, with a patio outside where you can enjoy meals in the sunshine. The hotel's proximity to Keleti Railway Station was convenient, as we didn't need to buy a taxi.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even offer a great view of the nearby cathedral. the hotel provides facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna to relax in after a long day.

The management on reception could improve their customer service skills and be more attentive to guest needs.

We really appreciated being able to easily access all the main landmarks from here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. It offered a variety of options and we enjoyed fresh food served every day. The staff here were trained to give top service and were always friendly and helpful. We also liked that there were plenty of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and bicycle hire.
