The staff was great and helpful. The location near the City park was perfect for our family with easy access to the circus and Budapest city Zoo. The beds were comfortable, the rooms tidy, and the breakfast was more or less fine. The hotel also had a large elegant lobby and a spa, with a patio outside where you can enjoy meals in the sunshine. The hotel's proximity to Keleti Railway Station was convenient, as we didn't need to buy a taxi.

Location: The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and right next to the beautiful city park. Breakfast: The breakfast had a good selection and the drinks and cereals were especially nice. Staff: The staff was kind, friendly, and very helpful.

Although it's not right in the city center, it's within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel offers ample breakfast options and has friendly staff who are always willing to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some even offer a great view of the nearby cathedral. the hotel provides facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna to relax in after a long day.
The management on reception could improve their customer service skills and be more attentive to guest needs.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is conveniently situated in a quiet suburb, but still in a great area of the city. We really appreciated being able to easily access all the main landmarks from here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight. It offered a variety of options and we enjoyed fresh food served every day. The staff here were trained to give top service and were always friendly and helpful. We also liked that there were plenty of amenities available, such as room service, car hire, and bicycle hire.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone.
